Just rewatched the SpOps vids...

The story really stands on it's own without playing the gameplay sections. This makes me sad, as it's almost like the gameplay was an unnecessary added extra.

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed SpOps, but I see the potential there for it to have been so much more. However, I figure it's not easy or cheap to produce a season of SpOps, so I figure 343's lack of plans for a season 2 will stay that way.

Shame, because I'd love to have seen how they learned from and thus improved on the first season.
