Not necessarily.. The PP as a side-arm is literally the only problem I have with the Loadout system as it is now. I actually like the concept of progressive unlocks and custom loadouts. Could it be implemented better? Yes, of course, but that doesn't mean the system is broken.

Cue massive argument (which I refuse to take part in).
