Since it's responsible for a huge portion of the problems that people have with the sandbox and with the game in general.

No more gameplay unlocks, no more boltshot/PP/PG/whatever issues, no more breaking classic mechanics in weird ways so that you can play pick your poison with the perks system. Win-win-win-win-win situation.
