Blank pad image for control assignments

Someone made a post with a pad image with control assignments on it. I wanted to make a blank vector art copy that I could then use as a template to invent my own control assignments.

But I got bored with that so...

I just covered the bitmap with white rectangles to cover the text. It's not perfect but if anyone wants a blank template as a starting point and if this one works for you then download it and keep it for future use.
