Most people that wanted to go could confirm attendance within the first few weeks of the first update, which I admittedly wasn't expecting.

The majority of guests are all from neighboring states, so drive time, carpool options and proximity are my best guesses.

I also had a lot of people apply from outside the HBO community (lurkers mostly) that I really wasn't expecting, at all. Of those folks, almost every single one of them cited the LAN footage from the Halo 2 and Halo 3 special editions as their major selling point. I guess that says a lot about the type of party that Wu throws- I hope I can do it justice.

(Just in case you are wondering, the population for my LAN is 90% active HBOers, I had to turn strangers away :( )
