I am going to guess that you have a PC with some version of windoze. I know that a few people on windoze had this problem, but I think it was fixed by the Tools updater. Visit ftp://ftp.bungie.com/pub/win/updates/mythII_tools_1.2.exe, and update your tools and see if that fixes your problem. Now if I guessed wrong and you have a Mac then you can get the updaters from here ftp://ftp.bungie.com/pub/mac/updates/mythII_tools_1.2.bin.
