Immortal...............?

How can I make my soldiers immortal? As I know you can do this using "fear;monsters". How did Bungie did this with SB in "A murder of crows", your bowmen and dwarves can't hurt him, and your berserks don't do him any damage.
How can I make my forces immortal?
