help with maps

i downloaded the gettysberg and the bushido maps from the mill and i put them into the plugin folder and then i dont to run them in myth and only 3 bushido maps shows up and they dotn have any new characters just double the onld ones like in the shiver level i have 2 warlocks 4 hearon gaurds edct. and for the other ones there very little change , how do i get thoughs maps to work. espically the gettysburg one if anyone can give me a detailed discribtion on how to do this i would be VERY greatful
