Need help for making new models!

I need help for makin' new models.
Fear's turotial says "Fear can't edit model tags."
and also says "It shoud have other editor to do."

I'd like to make modern buildings in Myth,
but have no idea to make it.
What editor shoud I have? I have FormZ.

Does anyone know about it?
Please help me.
