Since you're trying for a zip file I imagine you're using Windows. If this is the case you need to click on the link for the Windows patch, not the Mac patch. This one only has the bungienet preferences file, the DNS plugin isn't needed for Windows machines.
If you're on a Mac and you can't figure out how to download that file send me a note, webmonkey@bungie.com, and I'll mail it to you.
