Some one please help!

I am trying to get on bungie.net but nothing works! The patch that is supposed to have 2 files (bungie_dns and bungienet) is not being downloaded as a zip file. All I get is bungie1~1, one file. What am I supposed to do? When I try to get the patch off of bungie.net, nothing comes up....ugh I wanna play...
