You can find the peasant here: bungie.net: Plugins its at the bottom of the page where you can download it or if you can't use hypertext : http://www.bungie.net/downloads/plugins.shtml
If for some reason it doesn't work, download the map High Plains Havoc from the Mill and play Hunting, one of the High Plains hunting maps uses the cavalry pig-guy. If you want to use him on your own maps, use Tag Extractor (an application that "unstuffs" plugins into their local folder forms) and take out the unit's tags from their and place him on any map.
