Try the Coming of the Dark maps which you can download from the Mill. I really enjoyed those. Then there's Morte Della Luna, which is very, very tough but the map is so beautiful you keep playing it anyway. There are many more, some of which are fantastic, some of which are just silly--somewhere out there (unfortunately I've forgotten the URL) there's a guide to solo maps which should give you an idea of what to look for.
No walkthrough that I know of, but there are films of the levels being completed. Watch them carefully enough and you'll figure things out--or ask for help on one of the boards and somebody will know what to do.
