check out the clan plaid hotline server. download the hotline client http://www.hotlinesw.com">here, then use the tracker hltracker.com to search for "clan plaid."
once you've connected to the server, check out the files by clicking on the little "files" button on the toolbar, then browse away!
regarding the mill, posting a map isn't hard at all (just click on the "user tools" button, then create an account and log in.)
creating a map, on the other hand, required patience skill. check out the documentation that comes with fear and loathing before you do anything.
