Need help for a Total Conversion!!!

Myth Players,
I need help on starting a total conversion. The total conversion is based on SWAT police vs terrorists. I need all these jobs to be done well and experience is key! I need a map maker(s), sound maker/editor, model maker/texturer, and unit maker (from scratch). Please respond if you can do anything at all, thanks!!
