What Longshadow is saying is that NO WHERE is myth does it even hint that Shiver is Culyweth. Like myself, he believes that GURPS is just a role-playing-game based on myth, NOT something that myth should be based on... unless you really believe that the Head was preserved by "a varient of food preserving spells."
This does not mean that it is impossible that she is Culyweth, just that it is unfounded.
However, the asylum determined that Shiver was an ancient evil long before GURPS through character analysis and process of elimination.
Furthermore, if the Watcher was not allied with Moagim Reborn, what was he doing? As far as we know, ancient evil ally with Levellers whenver possible.
