Actually, they were presenting a possibility for a GM to use in his campaign, but, and here's what I like 'cause it leaves room for theories, they left it still pretty open. For all we know Segoth may be somewhere in the Catacombs or untamed lands. Maybe he's not even on earth, but rather just a legend. Now that we know he's not the head, we can try to figure out where he is (headless man... mb?)
