I'll assume this has to do with Myth III, since we've been told that The Head--or the artist subsequently known as The Head--appears in that game. I should note that my theory is is intended for Myth TFL and II alone (as in: this is what Bungie was thinking about when they put The Head in TFL). How The Head's nature will be modified/clarified by Myth III is of course up to Take Two and their drooling henchmen; I imagine that he'll be much more of an independent character than a simple tool of Myrdred or anyone else.
