There's actually two parts to the assumption: first, that Shiver's a Myrmidon, and second, that Shiver is Bonesplitter. (Nowhere does it explicitly say that Bonesplitter is a Myrmidon, although it does sound like a Myrmidon name..) Evidence that Shiver's a Myrmidon: her blitzkrieg attitude, her Myrmidon-like appearance before Rabican discorporated her, and her vanity. Evidence that Shiver's Bonesplitter: her naivete and simplicity of thinking, which suggest that she is not an "ancient evil," and the fact that she's neither a man (so she can't be the Faceless Man) nor voiceless (so she can't be the Voiceless One). That's all the evidence I can think of off the top of my head.
