Well if we can't assume that the Myrk females are in the same packs with the Myrks, which would result from the assumption that they are very similar looking, we must then conclude that the Myrk females are exactly where Human females are: in the home, protecting the children.

Soulblighter almost definitely has female Myrks, he wouldn't let such a powerful weapon go to waste. It's possible he keeps them from battle, in a hidden area or something where they 'raise' myrk babies.
