You would say "Alric cast the Dispersal Dream many times." The ammo stones Alric and Shades carry aren't Dispersal Dreams; they're basically "storage batteries" which each contain one--I dunno what you'd call it--primed casting of a Dispersal Dream. They're called "Manastones" in GURPS and "Energon Cubes" in Fear. They're true physical objects, albeit enchanted ones.
