Ah but there actually are horses (and I'm not talking about Hexographia's). There are several pictures in the pregames showing horses doing labor. I think one's pulling a wagon full of dead villagers and the other's plowing fields. There's also a leveller who was pulled to bits by four horses. This shows that while horses exist, they are only used for labor and pulling evil d00ds apart.
