: I contest it. :-) Your "Undead" category
: doesn't really exist, so far as we know. No known mage
: has ever discovered or used the Dream of Unlife. All
: undead creatures, from Myrmidons through Thrall
: through Shades through Bonemen, are created from
: assorted ordinary necromantic spells. Though those
: related to creating free-willed, intelligent undead
: are more powerful and difficult.

Err, Ba'hal (check the spelling on that) scoured the halls of Swi'anon (check the spelling on that) searching for the dream of unlife. When he found it, the Dark was then able to use Undead.

Um, when was there any proof that he didn't find it? Think about it: flavor texts that include Ba'hal (check the spelling on that) almost always or always talk about Unlife and Thrall like: Ba'hal [check the spelling on that] spurred his army forward; and after 7 waves of thrall Mazaarin finally saw the end of his days (paraphrases not quotes).

How could Ba'hal (check the spelling on that) always have Thrall and Unlife in the flavors about him, and not have discovered the Dream of Unlife? That's like talking about "Mr. President" and assuming that that man is not the president. Or somthing like that. It's mad. Mad I say!

PS Ba'hal (check the spelling on that) is the Watcher right?
