Hey, don't go claiming GURPS' support for that theory. :-) What it explicitly says is "It could be that Shiver and she are the same, Shiver was on her second and third lives in Balor's and Soulblighter's wars, respectively..."
Ain't nothing in there about two simultaneous incarnations of the same soul. All GURPS is suggesting is that Shiver is identical with Ravanna, and that she's been resurrected twice, once before TFL and once before Myth II.
