: shots is because the one from TFL is her body with the
: soul _inside_ of it, at turns bestail and beautiful.

But when she whispered in a DREAM, things that happen in dreams don't really occur unless you mean she was casting a 'dream' like a spell. But I would only assume this of shiver because she was called The Voiceless one and even if she did whisper Moagim it was only very softly, in Myth II she doesn't seem to have any trouble screaming and yelling at Myrdred.
