Well, I agree that the names Balor gave the Fallen Lords are not meant to be taken literally. If Damas became The Faceless One, well, he has a face, it's just inverted. :)
But about Shiver... first of all, Forrest's hypothesis about Shiver/Ravanna is nutty. It always has been, always will be, and it stinks. Stinks I tell you! Second, the reason Shiver looks differet in TFL and SB is because... different artists did the work. I suspect the SB artists wanted to make her scarier looking. And it worked. Take any unattached lady and give her a really wide mouth. Watch all the guys run like hell.

: Naw really, Forrest is right about Trasmists Mirror.
: That's not her in a new body, that's her actual soul
: made corporeal, or flesh in laymans terms. I suspect
: that you call a soul using some arcane method, then
: use it to "reflect" the soul into the actual
: world. The reason that she looks different in the two
: shots is because the one from TFL is her body with the
: soul _inside_ of it, at turns bestail and beautiful.
: What we see in Myth II is her actual _Soul_, all
: twisted and evil. That's why she looks like a weird
: hag.
