UMS is sited incorrectly as a source, though much of the info in it is accurate because I wrote it and used true Myth sources. GURPS is Bungie-approved. UMS, LoGA, and all the other maps except Chimera (bleh) are not Bungie-approved. Bungie sold the rights of Myth to Take Two, so whatever THEY say is now approved as well. But otherwise, it's not, and we can't just make up whatever stories we want and call them official.
