: that Shiver/Culyweh is a mind that uses the rotting
: host corpse of Ravanna/Voicelss one, a dead sorceress.

: Narrator to know it, I don't expect it to be revealed

The Voiceless One is genuine Bungie material, from prerelease. GURPS uses it too, so it's definitely still in use. They may have made up the Lurker, or that may have been part of the story that Bungie just didn't tell. And the Head is not a Fallen Lord, thought I suppose his body could be. The Light knows there are six Fallen; if they didn't think the Head was one, they would say there are five.
