Forrest still mentions the names used in the prerelease and I will maintain until the day I die that prerelease info not appearing in the game has no relevance. I'm assuming that the names Anshar and Patron of the Hanged for Damas come from GURPS as does shivers Mother of Plagues title. But if Shiver (GURPS Culyweh) is NOT the same as Ravanna (GURPS Voiceless one) Then why in the game is her name Shiver (Ravanna) and is referred to as Ravanna by Myrdred. As opposed to Ravanna and Voiceless one being one person and Shiver Culyweh being another I see it as more likely that Shiver/Culyweh is a mind that uses the rotting host corpse of Ravanna/Voicelss one, a dead sorceress. I think GURPS made up a few more Fallen out of thin air to fill some gaps and fill out the world. How likely is it that our narrator never mentions any other of the Fallen besides Soulblighter, The Watcher, Shiver and, The Deceiver although I beleive that it is perfectly possible that the Head could be one of the fallen because it would not be possible for the Narrator to know it, I don't expect it to be revealed in game.

If I had a rocket launcher, I'd make somebody pay.
