I think that there are 6.5 Fallen Lords (confused? Keep reading, it won't help). They four we know well are:
Soulblighter (Damas, Anshar), Twice Born, Patron of the Hanged
The Deceiver (Myrdred), Source of the 500 Poisons
Shiver (Culwyeh), Mother of Plagues and First Lady of the Fallen
The Watcher (Bahl'al), Mad Goat of the Fens
From the prerelease list, these correspond to Soulblighter, The Deceiver, and Bahl'al, but Shiver is not on there. The three remaining Fallen are The Voiceless One, Bonesplitter, and The Faceless Man.
GURPS gives us two new Fallen Lords, both of whom are female, which eliminates the Faceless Man from being either of them. BUT... that means we now have three fallen from GURPS (Shiver, The Voiceless One, and The Lurker) who we have to correlate to three names from prerelease info (The Faceless Man, The Voiceless One, and The Lurker). But the three GURPS fallen are all female, and one of the prereleases is male! How does this work out?
GURPS gives us a simple way out. Shiver and The Voiceless One are somehow the same, while at the same time being different; I believe they are two bodies but the same soul, others say they are two personalities in the same person, etc. This means that BOTH Shiver and The Voiceless One correspond to The Voiceless One from prerelease, and since The Lurker is female she can't be the Faceless Man, so she is Bonesplitter. And we've never met the Faceless Man, but he's definitely not Soulblighter.
