Since when does pre-release info apply in the actual release? Lots of stuff changed from pre release information in the original release like Alrics name and the length of the cycle. The Lurker/Bonesplitter/Faceless Man could just have neve been implemented or the two identities could have merged so that a richer backstory for the individual Fallen could be developed. Shiver and Voicless one may have merged and Soulblighter and the Faceless man came together also. Unless Bonesplitter is The Head he may have been cut out entirely.
