and even that's not a great indicator...

autistic people in general have an inability to read/respond to other's emotional states (not to mention their own at times), but this group includes people like mozart, albert einstein, richard feynman and bill gates, who are some of the names you can think of when you think of the word "genius". :)

but similar to "normal" people, the autistic spectrum contains a lot of "duds", who are of average or low intelligence and never do anything spectacular.
