We've seen the Watcher's feet--at least inside shoes. Check the Legends and Lore entry for "Flight From Covenant", for example. They look awfully human.

Also, I don't have Fear on this computer, but don't stoned units fall into random rock chunks when killed, rather than actual body parts?
