Well, in my inverted cycle theory (which I don't quite subscribe to anymore) does suggest that there will be a Balor Reborn, but not for another thousand years. Likewise, Moagim Reborn was NOT reborn right after Moagim died. Moagim died in 431 A.E. - Moagim Reborn was born in 1431 A.E., a thousand years later.
