Garrick has increased health and can walk on sloped ground in his monster tag. (David, I think the agility's because the Gonen's Bridge level has a lot of sloped ground; since Garrick's survival is vital, it'd be majorly frustrating to get him stuck behind a sloped region, and then chased down by Ghols and Soulless.) Other than that, the only differences are his colors and his name/spelling/flavor.
