Well, that depends on whether you believe it's broken *now,* rather than just jolted or even running perfectly according to Rules Which We Wot Not. Moagim's premature death seems to have been somewhat unusual, at least.
If it *is* broken, the moment of breaking probably occurred when Balor died before Alric did. In any case, it's a little suspicious that the Devoid happened to go off just as Balor's head fell into it; hard to argue that the two events had nothing to do with each other. But, again, Balor's head falling into the Devoid wouldn't seem to be the key Cycle-breaking event; he was already (at least functionally) dead.
