Missing Fallen, Shiver, and Soulblighter

What remaining Fallen Lords? The remaining Fallen Lords were killed after the Great War. Shiver and the Watcher were already dead; Soulblighter was thought to be dead. The Deceiver was hunted down and thought killed, but he's only one Fallen Lord. So the Lurker, and the Faceless Man were hunted down too, and I'm inclined to think that since Shiver's soul was left floating after her defeat by Rabican that it was simply yanked out onto the aether and the Voiceless One died on the spot there too.
So the Fallen are dead. ALL of them! (Well, almost). Shiver and Myrdred did not fake their deaths and run away to have MAD TRO-MYRM CEX, the Watcher didn't stage a dummy there and hide in the Dire Marsh to regain his forces, and the Faceless Man and Lurker and Voiceless One are all DEAD DEAD DEAD. Soulblighter's heart is still beating in his temple in the Untamed lands... but a lot of good it'll do without a body or the ability to turn into crows.
OOH! IDEA! Remember the controversy about what part of Soulblighter that crow Myrdred took was? What if it was his heart!? So his heart is dead, and he can't morph into crows anymore, so when his body dies, he's dead for good! w00t!
