Dan Rudolph lies! He lies! Or else you misunderstood him. :-)

The Myrkridia *were* defeated before Moagim Reborn appeared, but only slightly before. The way GURPS has it, Connacht beat the Myrkridia, then immediately went on to fight the Trow, and right then Moagim Reborn appeared. So this Leveller probably didn't have a chance to command the Krids; still, there wasn't any period of peace between the two threats.
