Actually, he's referring to HIS revenge. During the great war all of the other Fallen Lords hated Myrdred, and vice-versa. However, even though they got some licks in on each other, such as the TFL level where the dark units attack each other (i forget the name right now, seven gates mb?), they never got to settle their disputes. Since Balor's dead, Myrdred gets to have revenge against the other Fallen, which is the retribution he's talking about.
