I don't think he was called Moagim Reborn because he literally WAS the original Moagim magically coma back to life, I think it was just applied to him since he was the leveler, and the last leveler that people heard about was Moagim. After all, I doubt the next leveler will be hailed by people as "Balor Reborn".
