Not necessarily. They've rarely seen any of the Fallen Lords together, I believe. And the Lurker is also female.

Chances are, they did see the Voiceless One, but she appeared as a shadow. A lot of what it says about her points to her being a Mahir. Maybe Balor reincarnated her weird so her ghost was still running free seperating from her at night, much like that shade.
