I dunno. It could be the Watcher (or even Balor) in a variant helmet; Rabican, Shiver and the Soulless all look somewhat different in Tales than they do in the games, due I suppose to artistic license. It could be the Lurker, who might be not only appallingly evil but also very butch. :-) She's big on nature magic, so she'd be a reasonable patroness for Ghols.

Anyway, whoever it is, they have eyes, so they're not completely faceless. (At least Connacht's mysterious friend lacked visible eyes as well.)
