: But the problem would still be the same as with UMS - you
: would be playing too much with one style of unit. Most
: of the bad emails I got about UMS were about the lack
: of different units.
: Unless you would go far in the way of designing new units
: that fit in the scheme you would face the same
: dilemma.
Well, units under your control would all be pretty similar - Myrkridia, Myrkridian Throwers, Myrkridian Mages, Myrkridian Giants. Maybe some undead, but no Thrall (Bahl'al invented them) and no Ghasts or Wights (Culwyeh invented them) and I doubt any Soulless (we'll have to see what M3 says on them). Possibly bre'Unor, maybe Ghols. But the enemy units would be more varied - Imperial Bowmen, Herons/Cranes/Imperial Warriors, Warlocks/Embers/Firebrands, fir'Bolg, armored Trow of various sorts, Skrael, perhaps some new units from Yer'Ks (which was still around back then), the Myrmidons (still living), Forest Giants, etc.
