As I see it, events in TFL and Soulblighter can be used to explain events in Myth III, but not vice versa (unless a given bit of information is known to have been taken from Bungie unchanged by Take Two.) Myth III has the same status as a good 3rd-party scenario in the Mythworld. It can be just as fun to analyze it as to analyze the earlier Myths, but it isn't "legal" to *use* it to explain them.
There are two worlds--the Myth TFL/Soublighter world and the Myth TFL/Soublighter/Myth 3 world. Each can be analyzed, but they shouldn't be merged.
