: Personally, neither of the Deceiver-related changes
: affect my views. It seems likely to me that these
: errata are driven entirely by observations from the
: fans, rather than new information from Bungie (which
: isn't associated with Myth anymore). Seabolt just went
: "X is true--oh, wait, players saw some evidence I
: hadn't seen before, and here's a mistake I made--okay,
: X might not be true." Since Bungie looked over
: the original publication and didn't complain, I think
: his original statements are still valid in their eyes.
Then "Trabist's Mirror" must have been valid. In other words, I have a feeling Bungie didn't take *too* close a look at GURPS before it went on sale. This means that they may have missed the whole Deceiver thing and a lot of the other mistakes. When did Bungie sell Myth's rights anyways because that may be the reason why they didn't take much time to look it over.
