Shiver apparently didn't die: Her spirit was disconnected from her body so she was sort of alive and Soulblighter used Tramist's Mirror to connect her *a* body with her soul. This means that the body we see in Myth 2 may not have been her real body. Some also believe that that wasn't SHiver, but I don't remember the reasoning behind that. So only one Fallen Lord returned from the dead and even that wasn't true death. Plus consider that none of the other F. Lords like Deciever so they wouldn't share anything with him.
