I can tell you something even stranger. I haven't the film stacked away, and can't quite recall where I got it (it's somebody else's film), but it is from Twice Born. Soulblighter is caught with light units around him, Alric is hacking on him, and his health is sinking fast while he can't get away. And what happens when he is down on red? Yes, he changes into a flock of crows and fly way. A side-effect is that the level can't be completed. Another slip, I'd say.
