"He's yours 'till he's dead" could merely mean that you control him until you somehow get him killed, but not necesarily when he dies from the Shiver Blast. Another strange Bungie jock perhaps (Anyone who's used Anvil knows about the weird things Bungie names their stuff"

Then GURPS must have had nothing to do with Bungie and merely translated the story in their words or Bungie thought of the idea that The Deciever lives after they made Myth 2. Again I find it strange that no one would mention his death in any way.
