Yes, The Deceiver bound Phelot to him before A Murder of Crows, and The Deceiver was supposed to die (and did, unless you believe some of the posts on this forum). Phelot's fate, though seems to have disappeared into the mist. Anyone have a copy of GURPS or something else that can shed light on this?
