: Cool! You can see them right? Walking up and all? This
: film IS on Legendary right? ;-)
: Love to see it. Either send it to me directly or
: myth@bungie.org. Thanks appreciate it.
Sent it to Forrest just now. Hopefully I compressed it properly...
...and if it was on Legendary, I wouldn't have gotten far enough from the Knot to film it. :-)
: Play Myth 1.0 the only TRUE version of the game. It
: happens.
Really? That's another count against their Knotting in, then; if they could use the Knot they could have sent in as many backup Wights as they wished. ;-)
: Ah! this is all Myth II. Different game, different time.
: Events and circumstances are different.
This is so--but we know that, for instance, in the earlier part of the war Wights were used indirectly to poison a river, and presumably they weren't directly teleported there (in fact we know they weren't; they were herded). It seems rather a stretch to posit that, for a particular brief period, the Dark decided not to conduct any indirect attacks without using teleportation or other special magics.
I'm actually not sure what your claim here is, I must admit. (But of course that doesn't stop me from arguing it. I'll argue with people who only speak Sanskrit. :-) Are you saying that the Dark, under Balor, never employed low-level units and "ordinary" means of transportation for anything other than direct attack?
